• Carpet and pad Hauloff: Pricing for the disposal of the carpet and pad is based on the volume! We can calculate that by the square foot as well. 
• Special Circumstances: For pet urine or fecal matter, bed bugs, or human bodily fluids, this would add cost based on the situation and what’s being dealt with.
• Tack Strips: Sometimes tack strips don’t need to be removed. Because of that they’re optional, but if they do need to be removed, we charge by the linear foot.
