I needed the removal of a very large refrigerator from my kitchen. I’m pretty sure the refrigerator weighed over 700 pounds. JM Junk Removers said they could handle the job and I was very impressed with the people I originally talked with to schedule the job. Emmanuel arrived on time with a partner. Both young men were very polite, considerate, personable, and they made an effort to move this beast through my kitchen and on to their truck without damaging floors, walls, doors, or outside landscaping. These two fellas were amazing. Emmanuel was the lead and he gave simple, calm, timely instructions to his junior partner during the difficult move. I was very impressed with the professionalism and performance of both young men. After the giant refrigerator was hauled to the truck, these two men then moved my new refrigerator from the garage to the house. They were so gentle and careful in their work. I believe JM Junk Removers should include furniture or appliance moving in the list of services they provide. Based on my experience today, I would enthusiastically recommend JM Junk Removers to anyone who needs items - large or small - removed from their home or business.

They showed up on time and got everything loaded and hauled away within 5 minutes. As a Dave Perry Miller Realtor selling a 3,000 sf house mostly untouched for 20+ years, I was thrilled to work with JM Junk Removers. They removed everything in the house including furniture, exercise equipment, art, books, piano, clothing, kitchen and garage items and more. Josh and his team were competitively priced and did what they said they would do. He and his team showed up with their 4 huge logo'd trucks at 6:45 am and finished the job by 5:30 pm. I used JM Junk Removers when we sold my parent’s home. There was a lot to remove. Stuff in drawers in the garage. A shed in the backyard was full. I called at almost 5:00 a super nice guy answered the phone and talked to me plus scheduled me for next day. I am terrible with names and have already forgot the 2 guys name that came out but they were very friendly and did a great job. Quoted me the price took pictures loaded all of it in their trailer then took pictures again. They called me and said they were running a little behind but that was no big deal at all and they were still here within the time frame they said they would be. I was pleasantly surprised with the same day pick-up of 2 sofas and a coffee table and they arrived promptly within the time frame I was told. Even got a text 45 minutes prior to arrival with ETA. Some companies required furniture to be put on curb but these guys removed the oversized sofas carefully from the house. Very pleased!

I have used JM too many times to count! They all are above board and go above and beyond to make things happen! Roger and Jarod showed up with smiles on their faces and kept that demeanor the entire time. Even through the multiple last minute “add ins” we threw at them. They had our entire office emptied, loaded up, and leaving within 1.5 hours. These guys took working efficiently to a whole new level! It was amazing to watch. The easiest way to get rid of junk! We had a storage unit we needed to clear some stuff out of. Initial call for quote and scheduling was quick and easy. Quick, efficient and professional. I had them remove items from my rooftop patio and my storage unit. Some going to a donation facility, some could be recycled and the rest to the dump.
