Great experience today with Danny and Bryan! I requested a quote on Facebook and it was replied quickly. Booking was easy and communication was stellar! They worked with me on the price and were fair and honest. Only company who gave an onsite quote which is important for correct estimates. They left my space spotless! I’d recommend and use them again.

Bryan, Daniel and Oliver did a great job. Timely, efficient, and courteous. I have used JMJunkRemovers 4 or 5 times, including for storage unit cleanout, house cleanout before renovation, hot tub removal, and simple haul away. They always are great whatever the job.

I unfortunately experienced a house fire that left my home unlivable. JM Junk Removers came in a made this process much quicker for me. Fast & efficient work, I believe it took right at 2hrs (maybe less) for a 3 bed 2 bath. Josh was great, his team was also very pleasant to be around. This process can be expensive, but worth it bc time is something that we can never get back, and this saved sooooo much of my time. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. Thanks again!

I contacted JM Junk Removers and Angelica was so helpful with info about the process. Josh came out the next morning, looked at my items (upstairs, garage, and backyard) and immediately gave me a very reasonable price. As he was loading my items, I remembered a couple of other heavy items. He gave me an immediate price update. Prices measured by space they take up on the trailer, not by weight or being upstairs. I am very pleased with JM Junk Removers. Thank you Josh.

I contacted JM Junk Removal for junk removal of basically what would equate to an entire 2bdr home. Josh was so quick, upbeat, polite and responsive. He's an awesome guy and they really put my mind at ease in knowing everything would be taken care of. They were very communicative regarding scheduling and showed up removing Everything in about an hour. This was my first time using a service such as this so maybe I'm not the most reliable source but for me the price really added up fast. They broke down the estimates of how many cubic tons of items I needed removed which was helpful. I didn't expect to pay more than $1200 as I saw other advertisements saying they could remove junk for around $300-$400. My total was a little over Double what I didn't expect to pay no more than. My advice to any first-time users would be to make sure you have a good idea of how much stuff you have so you can estimate how much money you need to have on hand. Luckily, I was able to take care of the expenses. The sheer professionalism, quick responses, positive attitudes and convenience of service will definitely make me a repeat and better-informed customer. 10/10 would recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Trent and Daniel from JM junk removal company from start to finish. We booked online, they gave us a 25 min warning before arrival. They showed up right on time, were extremely professional, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how respectful they were of my space. They made sure not to damage anything and even cleaned up after hauling everything away. The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises, which is rare these days. They took a stressful situation and made it completely hassle-free. If you need anything removed, big or small, I can’t recommend them enough. Absolute top-notch service!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh and JM Junk Removers. After my mom passed away recently, we were faced with the overwhelming task of cleaning out a home she had lovingly lived in for over 40 years. What felt emotional and daunting to us was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and care by their team. They were quick, incredibly efficient, and so respectful of the space and the memories inside it. They worked hard without cutting corners and made a process that felt impossible so much more manageable for our family. I highly recommend JM Junk Removers to anyone needing honest, dependable service — they truly went above and beyond for us.

I needed the removal of a very large refrigerator from my kitchen. I’m pretty sure the refrigerator weighed over 700 pounds. JM Junk Removers said they could handle the job and I was very impressed with the people I originally talked with to schedule the job. Emmanuel arrived on time with a partner. Both young men were very polite, considerate, personable, and they made an effort to move this beast through my kitchen and on to their truck without damaging floors, walls, doors, or outside landscaping. These two fellas were amazing. Emmanuel was the lead and he gave simple, calm, timely instructions to his junior partner during the difficult move. I was very impressed with the professionalism and performance of both young men. After the giant refrigerator was hauled to the truck, these two men then moved my new refrigerator from the garage to the house. They were so gentle and careful in their work. I believe JM Junk Removers should include furniture or appliance moving in the list of services they provide. Based on my experience today, I would enthusiastically recommend JM Junk Removers to anyone who needs items - large or small - removed from their home or business.

We had a bunch of boxes and cardboard left over after our move. This was all accumulated and kept from multiple moves over 8 years. They showed up on time and got everything loaded and hauled away within 5 minutes. With the time, gas, cost for myself this would have taken me 5 or 6 trips in my Subaru to the dump or transfer center. Thanks again for the fast reply and scheduling. Thank you Josh and Chris! Stay hydrated!

As a Dave Perry Miller Realtor selling a 3,000 sf house mostly untouched for 20+ years, I was thrilled to work with JM Junk Removers. They removed everything in the house including furniture, exercise equipment, art, books, piano, clothing, kitchen and garage items and more. Josh and his team were competitively priced and did what they said they would do. He and his team showed up with their 4 huge logo'd trucks at 6:45 am and finished the job by 5:30 pm. They also donated appropriate items and did a final house/garage cleanup sweep. My client appreciated their professionalism. I will definitely work with them again and highly recommend them!

Their professionalism and thoughtfulness made the process so much easier. I highly recommend JM Junk Removers!

I have used JM too many times to count! They all are above board and go above and beyond to make things happen! I will never forget one time during a removal I had an issue with the drainage in my flowerbeds. My husband was deployed at the time and Josh offered to come back out to help me fix it. Not only that but he messaged to check on it to see if I had it resolved. If that doesn’t tell you that this company goes the extra mile I don’t know what will.ProfessionalReliableReasonableLike Family

These guys were quick to return call. They gave the exact amount of cost on phone, site unseen because I knew we could fill up his "big, biggest truck" 3 guys came out exactly on time, I was running late! They DID NOT STAND AROUND! They got everything I wanted gone, and then some extras, but I did fill the truck up. These guys were very friendly, polite and was moving things right and left, no questions. Took them no time at all! Very impressive work, very professional behavior, plus nice. All wore the same clothes to match. We are using them again for sure because we have more "junk" to haul off! These are the people I will recommend to anyone needing anything gone!

My wife and I just moved to Forney and unfortunately the house we moved into, the old owners decided to leave all of their trash for us to deal with. That was frustrating, but I found JM online and man, they are soooo nice and professional. Very personable and gave me some nice food recommendations! It’s nice to know I have grass under all that trash.

We booked JM Junk Removers to help clear out some storages that were no longer needed. They were always very communicative and always provided an update as to when I could expect them to arrive. They even swept and left the storage looking as good as new after they were done. We will continue using their services as needed.

JM Junk Removers is TOP NOTCH! They were very responsive, were able to get to us the next day, on time, very friendly and accommodating! Roger and Jarod showed up with smiles on their faces and kept that demeanor the entire time. Even through the multiple last minute “add ins” we threw at them. They had our entire office emptied, loaded up, and leaving within 1.5 hours. These guys took working efficiently to a whole new level! It was amazing to watch. I would (and already have) recommend JM Junk Removers to anyone and everyone who will listen! We even had to call them again and have them come out 2 days later to empty a shed and it was the exact same experience, but this time it was the owner - Josh! It definitely starts at the top with this business. An exceptional owner running an exceptional operation! These guys are so much more than just 5 Stars!

Quick, efficient and professional. I had them remove items from my rooftop patio and my storage unit. Some going to a donation facility, some could be recycled and the rest to the dump. They took it all. What drew me to them is they did advertise they tried to donate and recycle as much as they could. What will make me use them again is the great job job they did.
