They worked with me on the price and were fair and honest. Only company who gave an onsite quote which is important for correct estimates. They left my space spotless! I unfortunately experienced a house fire that left my home unlivable. JM Junk Removers came in a made this process much quicker for me. Fast & efficient work, I believe it took right at 2hrs (maybe less) for a 3 bed 2 bath. Josh was great, his team was also very pleasant to be around. This process can be expensive, but worth it bc time is something that we can never get back, and this saved sooooo much of my time. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. I contacted JM Junk Removers and Angelica was so helpful with info about the process. Josh came out the next morning, looked at my items (upstairs, garage, and backyard) and immediately gave me a very reasonable price. As he was loading my items, I remembered a couple of other heavy items. He gave me an immediate price update. Prices measured by space they take up on the trailer, not by weight or being upstairs. I contacted JM Junk Removal for junk removal of basically what would equate to an entire 2bdr home. Josh was so quick, upbeat, polite and responsive. He's an awesome guy and they really put my mind at ease in knowing everything would be taken care of. They were very communicative regarding scheduling and showed up removing Everything in about an hour. This was my first time using a service such as this so maybe I'm not the most reliable source but for me the price really added up fast. They broke down the estimates of how many cubic tons of items I needed removed which was helpful. I didn't expect to pay more than $1200 as I saw other advertisements saying they could remove junk for around $300-$400. My total was a little over Double what I didn't expect to pay no more than. My advice to any first-time users would be to make sure you have a good idea of how much stuff you have so you can estimate how much money you need to have on hand. Luckily, I was able to take care of the expenses. The sheer professionalism, quick responses, positive attitudes and convenience of service will definitely make me a repeat and better-informed customer. 10/10 would recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Trent and Daniel from JM junk removal company from start to finish. We booked online, they gave us a 25 min warning before arrival. They showed up right on time, were extremely professional, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how respectful they were of my space. They made sure not to damage anything and even cleaned up after hauling everything away.The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises, which is rare these days. They took a stressful situation and made it completely hassle-free. If you need anything removed, big or small, I can’t recommend them enough. Absolute top-notch service!

I needed the removal of a very large refrigerator from my kitchen. I’m pretty sure the refrigerator weighed over 700 pounds. JM Junk Removers said they could handle the job and I was very impressed with the people I originally talked with to schedule the job. Emmanuel arrived on time with a partner. Both young men were very polite, considerate, personable, and they made an effort to move this beast through my kitchen and on to their truck without damaging floors, walls, doors, or outside landscaping. These two fellas were amazing. Emmanuel was the lead and he gave simple, calm, timely instructions to his junior partner during the difficult move. I was very impressed with the professionalism and performance of both young men. After the giant refrigerator was hauled to the truck, these two men then moved my new refrigerator from the garage to the house. They were so gentle and careful in their work. I believe JM Junk Removers should include furniture or appliance moving in the list of services they provide. Based on my experience today, I would enthusiastically recommend JM Junk Removers to anyone who needs items - large or small - removed from their home or business.

I called at almost 5:00 a super nice guy answered the phone and talked to me plus scheduled me for next day. I am terrible with names and have already forgot the 2 guys name that came out but they were very friendly and did a great job. Quoted me the price took pictures loaded all of it in their trailer then took pictures again. They called me and said they were running a little behind but that was no big deal at all and they were still here within the time frame they said they would be. I got a text from them and the whole process was super easy and convenient!!! All my junk is gone and I appreciate everything they did. I was pleasantly surprised with the same day pick-up of 2 sofas and a coffee table and they arrived promptly within the time frame I was told. Even got a text 45 minutes prior to arrival with ETA. Some companies required furniture to be put on curb but these guys removed the oversized sofas carefully from the house. Very pleased!
